COVID-19: Nigeria now has over 42,000 confirmed cases

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Wednesday night, confirmed 404 new COVID-19 cases.

It brings the current tally in the country to 42,208.

Lagos State still has the highest number of cases in Nigeria with 14,954. FCT Abuja, Oyo and Edo have 3,614, 2,688 and 2,241 respectively.

Kogi has the lowest number with five infections, out of which three persons have been discharged and two have died.
