Tribunal Reschedules Petition Hearing Against Tinubu

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja has rescheduled the hearing of the petition filed by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) against President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu to Thursday. Justice Haruna Tsammani instructed the party and all respondents in the petition to identify the major issues for consideration before the hearing.

Justice Tsammani also stated that all applications would be determined during the upcoming pre-hearing session. APM’s lawyers, O.A. Atoyebi (SAN) and S.A.T. Abubakar Esq, informed the tribunal that they had responded to pre-hearing questions raised by the respondents (INEC, APC, Tinubu, Shettima, and Masari) in their petition.
