The Supreme Court has confirmed that Ahmed Lawan is the legitimate APC candidate for Yobe North Senatorial District.
At the lead ruling, Justice Centus Nweze criticised Bashir Machina’s approach of filing the complaint in the Federal High Court Damaturu division without presenting any oral evidence to support the allegations of fraud.
Remember that the Court of Appeal in Abuja upheld the decision of a Federal High Court in Damaturu, Yobe, that Bashir Machina was the authentic APC candidate for the Yobe North Senatorial District.
