Serie A: Pirlo given one game to save job as Juventus manager

Juventus manager, Andrea Pirlo, has one game to save his job after a shock home 1-0 defeat to Benevento on Sunday, according to Tuttosport.

The Serie A champions’ quest to win a 10th straight title is dying, as they are now 10 points off leaders Inter Milan.

After being knocked out of the Champions League by Porto too, Pirlo has to win the derby against Torino on April 3, otherwise he faces the sack.

The report states that, “everything is at stake” in the derby which will be played after the international break.

Juve are now third in the table, four points from rivals AC Milan in second, who won on Sunday.

Qualifying for the Champions League places is also far from being guaranteed, as they are currently just two points ahead of Napoli in fifth place.
