Buhari meets Obaseki in Abuja [PHOTOS]

President Muhammadu Buhari Wednesday received Mr. Godwin Obaseki, the Governor of Edo State, at the State House in Abuja.

This was disclosed by Femi Adesina, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, who shared photos from the meeting on his official Facebook page.

“President Buhari receives Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State in the State House on 13th Oct 2021,” Adesina wrote.

Adesina, however, didn’t provide details of the meeting between Buhari and Obaseki.

DAILY POST reports that the meeting is coming less than a week after Obaseki swore in Justice Joe Acha as the new Chief Judge of Edo.

Justice Acha has been acting in that capacity for more than four months.

Performing the ceremony, Obaseki stressed the need for the three arms of government to collaborate with one another to deliver good governance.
