93 Crime Suspects Arrested in Kano by NSCDC in Q1

The Kano State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has reported the arrest of 93 suspects for various crimes committed between January and March.

In an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria on Friday, state Commandant Adamu Salihu revealed that the suspects were apprehended for offenses such as theft, vandalism, and criminal breach of trust.

Out of the 93 suspects, 29 have been prosecuted in court, 57 are under investigation, and seven convictions have been secured during the period.

Salihu reaffirmed the NSCDC’s dedication to safeguarding national assets and infrastructure. He urged residents to support security agencies by providing valuable security information to maintain safety in the state.
