Nigeria vs Benin Republic: What Samuel Chukwueze said about clash

Super Eagles winger, Samuel Chukwueze has said that Gernot Rohr’s side are going to do their best to beat Benin Republic in today’s 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier in Uyo.

According to the Villarreal forward, Rohr’s men will push harder against the Squirrels in order to get all three points.

“The match against Benin in Uyo is going to be great for us,” Chukwueze told NationSport in Uyo

“Although we have little time for preparation, we are going to do our best.”

Chukwueze added: “I’m ready to play if fielded by the coach.

“It is true that they (Benin) will be tough but we are going to push harder against them.”

The kick-off time for the match is 5pm.
