LaLiga: Zidane’s reaction after Real Madrid failed to overtake Barcelona

Real Madrid manager, Zinedine Zidane, has praised his players despite a 0-0 draw with Real Betis on Saturday.

Zidane’s side failed to score a single goal against the leakiest defence in LaLiga.

The draw also saw Los Blancos miss the chance to overtake Barcelona at the top of the table.

“They defended very well. We won’t score five goals every day.

“We have had chances. The goal is the only thing that we have lacked

“Betis are a good team, with very good players. In the first half, we were superior in everything. We missed the goal, and then in the second, it was more balanced.

“They are a rival with quality but it is a shame (to end in a) draw,” Zidane told reporters after the game
