Grammys: Burna, Davido and I are just learners in the music Industry – Wizkid

Nigerian music superstar, Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid has said that he, Davido, and Burna Boy are “scratching the surface” even at the peak of their career.

In an interview with ARISE TV, the Grammy award winner urged up and coming Nigerian artistes to take the country’s music industry to a higher level.

He further said that he believes that up and coming artistes will do better in taking the Nigerian music Industry above and beyond, adding that nothing is impossible.

“Nothing is impossible. You know you can really take it above and beyond. We are just scratching the surface; me, Burna, and David.

”I believe the next generation will take it to the next level because we are still like learners.

“All we do is inspiring the young people, showing them that everything is possible by doing what you have to do,” he said.

Recall that Burna boy and Wizkid recently won their first Grammy Awards.

Burnaboy won the award for the Best Global Music Album ‘Twice as Tall’ while Wizkid won Best music video for ‘Brown Skin Girl’ with Beyoncé.
