FA Cup: Bruno Fernandes reacts to Man Utd’s 3-1 defeat to Chelsea

Manchester United midfielder, Bruno Fernandes has urged his teammates to focus their attention on how to finish top four on the Premier League table.

Fernandes said this while reacting to Man United’s 3-1 defeat to Chelsea in the FA Cup semi-final on Sunday night.

Fernandes’ lone goal was not enough to qualify Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men to the FA Cup final as three goals from Olivier Giroud, Mason Mount and Harry Maguire (OG) gave the Blues victory at Wembley Stadium.

“We were not the best before, and we are not the worst now,” Fernandes wrote on his Instagram page after the game.

“We are really sad about the result and losing the chance to win the FA Cup, something we had hoped for! Now it is time to gather forces and fight for our goal in the Premier League,” he said.

Man United’s next match is against West Ham United in the Premier League on Wednesday.
