COVID-19: Ondo discharges journalist from IDH, records four new cases

The journalist that contracted COVID-19 in Ondo State has been discharged from the Infectious Disease Hospital, IDH.
The affected journalist who works with a radio station in the state was said to have tested negative to the deadly virus after his samples were taken for second round of testing at the molecular testing centre in Ede, Osun State.
The journalist who resides in Ore in Odigbo Local Government Area was suspected to have contracted the disease from one of the COVID-19 patients in the town while transacting business with her.
Meanwhile, in the latest rounds of cases released by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, 4 new cases of the disease were discovered in Ondo State.
With the figures released by the NCDC, Ondo State now has 51 cases of coronavirus since the outbreak of the pandemic.
