Coronavirus has gone back to where it came from, Pastor Giwa claims

Senior Pastor of Awaiting The Second Coming Of Jesus Christ Ministry, Adewale Giwa has said that Coronavirus has gone back to where it came from.

The cleric said that People are dying of hunger, injustice and other diseases and not COVID-19, pleading with journalists to shift their focus away from coronavirus updates and feed Nigerians with something else.

Giwa, in a statement to DAILY POST on Friday, specifically said Nigerians were already tired of reading anything relating to COVID-19.

Instead, the cleric said journalists should divert their attention on critical issues concerning the people, not coronavirus.

“I want to beg journalists to talk on something else because coronavirus has been defeated in Nigeria.

“NCDC enjoys to hear or read that 13 new cases of COVID-19 have just been discovered in Lagos or Abuja.

“In the Law of Belief, it simply says whatever you believe, in feeling becomes your reality. Nigerians should learn to disregard this nonsense some people created to amass wealth.

“People are dying of hunger, injustice and other diseases. Coronavirus has gone back to where it came from.”

Speaking on the 2020 governorship election in Ondo state, Giwa said governor Rotimi Akeredolu could only win in a lucky manner.

According to him, Akeredolu is surrounded by sycophants who might work against his reelection unexpectedly.

“Governor Akeredolu relies on sycophants and this might affect his reelection. You don’t also give power to a woman when it comes to politics.

“This is because, you are not representing your household, but you are representing the entire state with different people.

“You can give power to your wife at home, not to the detriment of the state.”
