A deafening sound has just rocked the Rivers All Progressives Congress (APC) secretariat, along Aba Road in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
There was chaos as party delegates and journalists had to scamper for safety.
The sound is believed to be an exploded dynamite.
An eyewitness said the dynamite was thrown from a moving car.
