Popular Nigerian pop star, David Adeleke, who goes by the stage name Davido, has congratulated his co-manager Debo Ogundoyin, who has emerged as the Speaker of the 9th Oyo State House of Assembly.
Davido had co-managed Dremo alongside Ogundoyin.
“I love when dreams come true. Three years ago, you were co-managing DremoDrizzy with me.
“Today, you became the Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly. I’m so happy and proud of you,” he tweeted via his verified handle.
DAILY POST today reported that Ogundoyin, who hails from Ibarapa east LGA, emerged Speaker with a unanimous voice vote of the 32-member Assembly.
He won under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
