Transfer: Man Utd in swap deal with Inter Milan

Manchester United are negotiating a swap deal with Inter Milan involving Mauro Icardi and Romelu Lukaku.

The deal, if successful, will see Lukaku moving to Inter while Icardi becomes Man United player, according to Sunday Express.

The newspaper reports that the Nerazzurri are desperate to land the Belgium international in this summer’s transfer window following the arrival of former Chelsea manager, Antonio Conte, at the club.

However, Man United are demanding a fee of around €70million for the former Chelsea and Everton star.

DAILY POST had earlier reported that Lukaku had already agreed on personal terms on a move to Inter Milan.

The 26-year-old joined Man United from Everton in 2017.

He scored 12 Premier League goals in 32 appearances for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side last season.
