The Premier League champions saw off competitions from Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal to sign Taylor.
Taylor is considered as one of the most highly-rated teenagers in England.
The 14-year-old will play for Man City’s Under-16 squad next season.
This is coming after Manchester City finally completed the signing of Defender Joao Cancelo from Juventus yesterday.
