EPL: Raheem Sterling hints at leaving Man City for Real Madrid

Manchester City winger, Raheem Sterling, has hinted that a move to Real Madrid could be on the cards.

Sterling has a contract with the Premier League champions until June 2023.

However, the recent two-year European ban imposed on City by UEFA, could see the 25-year-old leave the Etihad.

Sterling has been linked with Madrid and will be facing the Spanish giants in the Champions League last 16.

He told AS: “It’s one of those things. Right now I’m at City and I’m really happy.

“But Real Madrid is a fantastic club when you see the white shirt you know exactly what the club stands for, it’s massive.

“But at the same time, I have a contract with City now and I have to respect this. But it’s a fantastic club.”
