BREAKING: Kaduna court rules on El-Zakzaky’s request to travel abroad

Kaduna High Court has granted El-Zakzaky, leader of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria, IMN, leave to go and seek medical treatment abroad.

The court Monday morning granted the incarcerated IMN leader to travel to India for treatment.

The court had earlier fixed today to rule on an application for medical attention filed by El-Zakzaky.

His lawyer, Femi Falana SAN, had during the last sitting of the court gave an update on El-Zakzaky and his wife’s health and why they should be granted bail.
