Transfer: Pogba’s agent free to trade after his transfer ban is suspended

Mino Raiola, agent to Manchester United’s Paul Pogba, is set be freed to trade in the summer transfer market, after having his ban suspended, SportsMail reports.

The influential agent, who brokered Pogba’s move from Juventus to Manchester United, was banned for three months by FIFA in May.

The ban would have stopped him from officially handling any deals in the English summer transfer window, that closes on August 9.

But Raiola is set to have his ban suspended by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

The news could have consequences for Pogba, who is wanted by all of Europe’s top clubs, although United are adamant they will not sell their French superstar.

Raiola also represents Ajax defender, Matthijs de Ligt, who is on Liverpool, United and Barcelona’s radar.
