The facility is located in Port-Harcourt in Rivers State.
The speaker had a tour of the venue in his capacity as the chairman of the Accreditation Sub-committee.
Dogara explained that his visit to the stadium was to “ensure that the process of accreditation of delegates is conducted seamlessly during tomorrow’s primaries”
Dogara said the committee was paying detailed attention to every component of the accreditation exercise “because accreditation process is the bedrock of the success or failure of any election”.
“Every delegate will be required to present a valid means of identification before he or she can be accredited”, the Bauchi-born lawmaker added.
Meanwhile, Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike has reacted to the allegations that he was working in favour of a particular presidential aspirant.
The aspirants in the race are Alhaji Atiku Abubakar; Sen. Bukola Saraki; Gov. Ibrahim Dankwambo; Sen. Rabiu Kwankwaso; Gov. Aminu Tambuwal; Ahmed Makarfi; and Jonah Jang.
Others are Sen. David Mark; Sule Lamido; Atahiru Bafarawa; Tanimu Turaki; Datti Baba-Ahmed; and Stanley Osifo.
