LaLiga title: Koeman makes claim after Barcelona failed to beat Levante

Barcelona manager, Ronald Koeman, has claimed that it would be ‘difficult’ for his side to win the LaLiga title following their 3-3 draw against Levante on Tuesday.

Koeman explained that the LaLiga title is now complicated for Barcelona because the objective was to win all their last three games.

Goals from Messi, Pedri, Ousmane Dembele, Gonzalo Melero, Jose Nogales and Sergio Leon ensure Barcelona played a draw against Levante at the Ciutat de València.

“The league is more complicated now,” Koeman said at a post-match press conference after the game.

“The objective was to win all three games, but now it is very difficult.”

Asked about his future at the club, Koeman added: “As a coach, you are the most responsible.

“Coaches are always questioned. I understand that questions are being asked. I understand perfectly.

“We are very disappointed with the result.”

The result leaves Koeman’s men a point behind leaders Atletico Madrid and a point ahead of Real Madrid, who have three games left to Barcelona’s two.
