Manchester United star, Paul Pogba has reportedly agreed to a deal ‘in principle’ to join Barcelona, according to Italian outlet, Rai Sport.
The report claimed that Pogba’s agent, Mino Raiola, agreed to the deal in principle for his client to leave Old Trafford for Barca, although there is no mention of whether the deal will take place in the January transfer window or next summer.
Pogba has been heavily linked with a move to the La Liga champions for the past few months.
The midfielder’s future at United remains uncertain amid persistent rumours of a rift between him and manager, Jose Mourinho.
The 2018 World Cup winner had been stripped of United’s vice-captaincy last month.
The 25-year-old will hope to lead Man United to victory when they take on Chelsea this weekend in the Premier League fixture.
