Al’umar musulmi a faɗin duniya na ci gaba da azumtar watan Ramadan domin ibada ga mahaliccinsu.

Haka kuma a gefe guda likitocin sun ce akwai nau’in wasu cutuka kuma da ake samun sauƙi musamman a lokacin azumin.

Cututtukan da ke tashi lokacin azumi

Dakta Mu’awiya Aliyu ma’aikaci a hukumar lafiya ta jihar Katsina ya ce a lokacin azumi akwai cutuka kamar:

Ulcer/Gyambon ciki: Cuta ce da ke sanya cikin mutum ya yi ta jin zafi kamar an barbado borkono a cikin mutum.

”Hakan na faruwa ne sakamakon ƙarancin abinci a cikin ɗan adam,, kuma mai ɗauke da cutar zai riƙa jin tana tashi a lokacin da bai ci abinci ba”, in ji Daktra Mu’awiya.

Cutar Koda: Dakta Mu’awiya ya ce akwai wasu nau’ikan cutakan da suke shafar koda, waɗanda rashin shan ruwa ke haddasa su.

Likitan ya ce masu dauke da irin wannan cutar, a kan ba su shawara da su riƙa yawan shan ruwa akai-akai.

Cutar mafitsara: Ita ma wannan cuta ce da ke bukatar yawaita shan ruwa kasancewa ruwan kan taimaka wajen wanke ciwon da ke damun mafitsarar.

Wasu nau’in cutuka da ke haddasa samun duwatsu a cikin kodar mutum ko mafitsara, su ma waɗannan cutuka a kan buƙaci mai ɗauke da su da ya riƙa yawan shan ruwa wanda zai taimaka wajen narkar da duwatsun.

Likitan ya ce ”irin waɗan nan cutuka su ma suna yawan tashi musamman a lokacin azumi”.

Haka kuma likitan ya ce akwai cutar Matsarmama wadda ita ma ke buƙatar yawan shan ruwa.

Cutakan da ake samun sauƙinsu a lokacin azumi

Haka kuma Likitan ya zayyana wasu nau’ikan cutuka da ya ce ake samun saukin tashinsu musamman a lokacin azumi.

Cutukan Zuciya: Likitan ya ce dama mafi yawan abin da ke haddasa cutukan zuciya shi ne yawaitar kitse a jikin zuciyar.

Cukar kansa: Wasu dalilan cutar su ne girma na wuce kima da wani ɓangare na jikin mutum ke yi, ”to a wannan yanayin da mai cutar ke azumi to ka ga babu abincin ma da mutum zai ci balle cutar ta habaka”, in ji likitan.

Cutar Amai da gudawa: Likitan ya ce ”dama ta hanyar cin wani nau’in abinci da ya gurɓata ko ya cuɗanya da ƙwayar cutar ne ke haddasa shi, to amma idan ana azumi, ba a ma ci abincin ba balle ya ci ƙwayar cutar ba”.

Cutar hanta: Hanta ita ce ke tace duka wani abinci domin fitar da abu mai amfani da marar amfani daga cikin abincin da mutum ya ci, kamar yadda likitan ya bayyana.

Ya ce ”idan mutum na azumi hantar za ta samu sauƙin aiki, to a nan hantar kan samu sauƙi sosai a lokacin da babu abincin da hantar za ta tace”.

Cutar ƙiba: Likitan ya ce ƙiba ma cuta ce wato a cewarsa kitse ne ke taruwa a cikin tumbin mutum, ko ƙirjinsa ta yadda zai rufe zuciya ko ƙodar mutum.

Likitan ya ce azumi kan taimaka wajen rage ƙibar kasancewar lokacin cin abincin mutum ya zama ƙayyadajje.

Abincin da ya kamata a riƙa ci da azumi

Likitan ya ce akwai wasu na’ikan abinci da ya kamata mutane su riƙa ci ko sha musamman lokutan shan ruwa ko sahur, waɗanda a cewarsa za su taimaka wajen kwantar da cutukan da ke tashi musamman a lokutan azumi.

Dakta Mu’awiya ya ce irin nau’ikan abincin kan taimaka wajen kwantar da cutukan kasancewar idan aka yi sahur da su to mutum zai daɗe bai ji yunwa ba idan gari ya waye.

Likitan ya ce duk wani abinci nau’in Protien kan taimaka wajen daɗewa a jikin mutum, kasancewar abincin ba ya narkewa da wuri.

Sannan likitan ya shawarci mutane da su guji yin amfani da ruwa ko lemukan sanyi musamman a lokacin shan ruwa.

Dakta Mu’awiya ya ce ba laifi mutum ya fara da ruwa amma ba mai sanyi sosai ba.

‘’Amma idan mutum zai iya ya daure ya fara da ruwa mai dumi, wanda zai taimaka wajen narkar da kitsen da ke cikin mutum, amma idan ya fara da ruwan sanyi to ƙara daskarar da kitsen zai yi’’, in ji Dakta Mu’awiya.

Likitan ya ce lemukan sanyi ba sa taimaka wa jiki ko lafiyar mutum, hasalima a wasu lokutan ya ce cutar da jikin mutum suke yi kasancewar suna ɗauke da sinadarin sikari a cikinsu.

Ya kuma shawarci masu azumin da su riƙa amfani da abinci mai ɗauke da sinadarin Glucose a cikinsu, kasancewa su ne za su taimaki mutum wajen maido masa da ƙarfinsa da ya rasa a lokacin da yake azumi.
