Coutinho told to snub Chelsea move

Bayern Munich midfielder, Thiago Alcântara, has urged his teammate, Philippe Coutinho, against leaving the club amid interest from Chelsea.
DAILY POST recalls that Coutinho, who has drawn the interest of Chelsea, is currently on loan at Bayern Munich from Barcelona until the end of the season.
The Brazilian international has struggled to find his top form since his £142million move to Barcelona from Liverpool in 2018.
But Thiago hopes the 27-year-old will remain at the Allianz Arena beyond the current campaign.
“I know Coutinho well. He’s outstanding,” Thiago told La Vanguardia.
“I have watched him play since he was twelve years old.
“I played futsal against him in Brazil, and he loved it.
“He believes he doesn’t lack anything.
“I love playing with high-level footballers, and Coutinho is a phenomenon.
“He’s a spectacular guy, super hard-working, with an unbeatable technique and incredible definition.
“Players go through good and not so good moments, and he has given us a lot. We hope to have him here next year too.”
