Zamfara APC: Court ruling, power of truth over falsehood – APC scribe

The Publicity Secretary of the Zamfara State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Comrade Yusuf Idris Gusau, has commended the ruling delivered by Justice Aminu Bappa Aminu of the Federal High Court, saying that the judiciary stands by the truth over falsehood in the nation’s democracy.

According to him, today’s judgment was an affirmation of the leadership of the APC under the National Caretaker Committee Chairman, Governor Mai-Mala Buni of Yobe State, who carefully follows the provisions of the party’s constitution to do the right thing in fairness to all members.

“The selfish thinking of some yet to be verified members of the party who in pursuance of their dream challenged the party over the dissolution of the state leadership of the party which was unceremoniously thrown to their confused faces for lack of merit and their ignorance in taking to the court what presiding Justice Aminu Bappa said is “a party affair” that shouldn’t have been brought to the court,” he added.

“Having thrashed out the case means that the nation’s judicial system still gives hope to the innocent, the rightful and the hopeless.

“The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara state will continue to be guided by its party constitution in carrying out all its activities.

“We, therefore, commend the patience and understanding of our genuine party members during the court case.”
