Rivers APC:Gov.Wike tells Buhari to Call his party members to order –

The Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike has appealed to President Muhammadu Buhari to call members of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the state to order, following threats that the 2019 elections will not hold in the state if they are not included by INEC.

Governor Wike who made the appeal during the State PDP Campaign Rally in Ahoada West Local Government Area, said any attempt to stall the election in the state will also affect the general election in the country.

He, however, urged APC to respect the rule law and settle her internal problems.

The Governor informed the people of Ahoada West that the APC led Federal Government does not have the wherewithal to create jobs for the teeming youths in the country and urged the people to use their PVC’s to vent their anger by voting out the APC government.

He also expressed dismay over the inability of the APC led Federal Government to fix the East West road despite the fact that the Niger
Delta produces the wealth of the nation, and called on the people to vote for all PDP candidates.

“We have heard what the APC is saying that there will be no elections in Rivers state if they are not participating.

“We only want to call on Mr. President as the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to know what is happening in Rivers state.

“President Buhari should call members of his party in this state to order because this their threat that there will be no elections in Rivers state, if it happens it means there will be no elections in Nigeria.

“So, the President should call them to order let them go and settle their internal problems and leave the process alone. They were fond of impunity. They disregard the Law. Now, the Law is working against them”, Wike said.
