Transfer: Boateng confirms shocking move to Barcelona

Kevin-Prince Boateng, Sassuolo midfielder, has confirmed he is joining Barcelona in the coming days.

Boateng revealed this in an interview with Sky Sport on Monday evening.

“Barça, I’m coming! I’m sad to leave Sassuolo but is a great chance.
“Don’t ask me about Real Madrid… is just the past!

“I only want to focus on Barcelona and I hope to score at Bernabéu for the next Clásico,” the player said.

Barcelona and Sassuolo have agreed to a deal ‘in principle’ to loan Boateng for €2million, with an option to buy the player for €8million.

The deal is being wrapped up by Boateng’s agent, Edoardo Crnjar.
