Phela Workforce Management Solutions is a South African based company offering employee assistance programmes (EAP) to corporate companies. Our services include short term face to face counselling. We are now expanding to other regions of Africa, as a result we are currently looking to partner with counsellors (social workers, psychologists, registered counsellors) in private practice to provide this service.

Counsellors should be able to:

We are looking for dynamic, well experienced therapists with a good knowledge of short term methodologies and or corporate counselling experience.

Since we are a wellness company we expect our representatives to embody wellness.

If you are interested in joining our network of service providers, please send us a copy of your CV and proof of qualifications and current registration with your governing body and the address of your practice as soon as possible.
