Resign, Christians are not cowards – Fani Kayode tells Osinbajo

Femi Fani-Kayode, a former Minister of Aviation has called on the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo to resign.

This is sequel to a statement credited to Osinbajo where he promised to resign his appointment if the recurrent herdsmen killings in Benue and other parts of Northern Nigeria have religious colouration.

Osinbajo stated this while responding to posers raised by some Christian leaders at a stakeholders meeting held at the new Banquet Hall of the Benue State Government House, Makurdi.

Reacting, Fani-Kayode urged the Vice President to resign and let someone else who is prepared to defend the Christian community take over.

“In the name of Jesus, resign and let another, who is prepared to defend the honor of the Church and protect Christians from mass murder, ethnic cleansing and genocide take your place. Christians are not cowards!,” FFK said.
