Oyegun reveals date of APC convention

John Oyegun, national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has announced that the party’s annual convention would hold in June 2019.

The national leader disclosed this while speaking to state house correspondents after the APC national caucus meeting, which was presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari at the presidential villa, Abuja.

“We just had a pleasant meeting, the party convention will hold in June,” Oyegun said

Meanwhile, the Oyegun-led National Executive Committee has been given one year tenure extension.

This was concluded at the concluded All Progressives Congress (APC) NEC meeting.‎

The meeting was attended by President Muhammadu Buhari and other party bigwigs, except Senate President Bukola Saraki.
