NPFL: LMC to honour late Udoji during Match Day 10

The League Management Company (LMC) has directed players and officials of various Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) clubs, to honour the late Chinedu Udoji during the Match Day 10 fixtures this weekend.

This was contained in a statement released by the national football league body on Tuesday

“We are saddened by the news of Chinedu Udoji’s death, he was such a dedicated player and an asset to the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL),” LMC’s Chief Executive, Shehu Dikko, said.

Dikko recalled that the late Kano Pillars player captained the NPFL All-stars team on the LaLiga tour in 2015.

Udoji passed away after he was involved in a car crash on Monday .
