Nigeria’s ‘Starboy’, Wizkid has come under attacks over his absence at the Coachella Festival, California.
Wizkid was expected to perform at the event alongside Beyoncé but eventually did not show up. But the organisers of the festival assured that Wizkid would be performing next week.
“We are sorry to announce that Wizkid is unable to make it into the country to join us this weekend but will be performing next weekend,” Coachella tweeted.
However, some Nigerians, who were frustrated and disappointed at the sudden change in plans, took a swipe at Wizkid. They called him out over his attitude towards fans.
