Heavy wind wrecks havoc in Delta community [PHOTOS]

A whirl wind today wrecked serious havoc on Ogbe-Udu community in Udu Local Government Area of Delta State.

Several roofs were blown off with valuable property worth millions of Naira destroyed as a result of the heavy downpour in the community and some parts of the State.

The ugly incident DAILY POST reports has rendered some indigenes as well as residents homeless.

At the time of filing this report, the newly elected Chairman of Udu Local Government Council,Chief Jiteh Brown is on ground to ascertain the level of damage.

Chief Brown who is being flanked by the leader of Udu Local Government Legislative Arm,Rt. Hon. Karo Goru and the President General of Ogbe-Udu Community,Chief Samson Godwin Okomitete appealed to the people to remain calm while the government do its part.
