Fani-Kayode reacts to beheading of elderly farmer in Oyo by herdsmen

Femi Fani-Kayode, former Aviation Minister, on Monday reacted to report of Fulani herdsmen beheading an elderly farmer in Iseyin, Oyo State.

The two-time former Minister insisted that Fulani herdsmen were murdering Nigerians on a daily basis since the beginning of 2018.

In a tweet, the Peoples Democratic Party chieftain faulted the world for been silent over the persistent murder perpetrated by herdsmen across the country.

Fani-Kayode wrote: “A farmer by the name of Mustapha BabaJeje was beheaded in Iseyin,Oyo state yesterday by Fulani terrorists. Today they killed a man in Ekiti.Not a day has passed in 2018 that the Fulani terrorists have not slaughtered someone somewhere in our country yet the world remains silent!”

Recall that suspected herdsmen had beheaded an elderly man identified as Mustapha also known as Baba Jeje in his farm in Iseyin, Oyo State.

Disclosing this, President-General of Agbekoyas Worldwide, Kamoru Okiki Aremu, said the herdsmen, who struck over the weekend, also injured the farmer’s son who was with him on the farm.
