Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho, has admitted that they are still in a battle to finish in the top four.

United’s 1-0 defeat to West Brom on Sunday, saw their rivals Manchester City claim the Premier League title,

Mourinho’s men still occupy second place, one point ahead of Liverpool.

They take on Bournemouth on Wednesday, aiming to use their game in hand to stretch their lead to four points.

“We lost three points,” Mourinho said of the defeat to West Brom.

“We lost three points that could give us great stability for the second position.

“Now we still have the fourth position to fight for because Chelsea won and we lost, so we still have to fight for top four.”
