El-Rufai appoints APC media director as Special Assistant

Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has appointed Mannaseh Istifanus, as Special Assistant on Media to the Deputy Governor of the state, Architect Barnabas Yusuf Bala.

This was contained in a statement on Saturday by spokesman to the governor, Samuel Aruwan.

Until his appointment, Istifanus was the Director of Media and Publicity of the Kaduna state chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Istifanus replaced Ezekiel Sunday Abang, who has been re-assigned as Special Assistant (Special Duties) to the Deputy Governor.

He holds a degree in International Studies from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

“Governor El-Rufai congratulated and charged him to bring his energy, knowledge and experience to public service, and make a contribution to moving the state forward”, the statement added.
