Delta Police Command arrests 25-years-old man for defiling 13-year-old girl

The Delta State Police Command has arrested a 25-year old man, Mr. Forgive Isiorho, for allegedly defiling a 13-year old girl, Miss Oghenerukevwe Innocent at Kokori Inland community in Ethiope-East Local Government Area of Delta State.

The Delta State Commissioner of Police, CP Muhammad Alhaji Mustafa disclosed this in a statement signed by the Delta State Acting Police Acting Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Andrew Aniamaka.

CP Mustafa said the father of the the girl, Innocent Onojinofia reported at the Police Station in Kokori Inland On 28/12/2017, at about 1500hrs, that he noticed some strange behaviours from his daughter, Oghenerukevwe Innocent.

CP Mustafa claimed that the father of the girl said he questioned his daughter who revealed to him that a 17 year old girl, Rita Friday allegedly lured her to the suspect’s room who had unlawful carnal knowledge of her against her will.

In a related development, the Delta State Police Command also arrested 28 year old Gift Confidence for allegedly trafficking a 15-year-old daughter, Ejiro Etu to an unknown destination from Afiesere community in Ughelli, North Local Government Area of Delta State.

CP Muatafa noted that, the suspect has been arrested and he is helping the police in its investigation.
