Dapchi attack: Fani-Kayode reacts to Gov. Geidam’s claim that no girl was rescued

Former Aviation minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, has again taken a potshot at the government, this time over report that none of the girls missing from their school in Dapchi, Yobe state has been rescued.

Recall that about 94 girls from the Government Girls Science and Technical Secondary School in Dapchi, Yobe state were reported missing after Boko Haram terrorists invaded the school on Monday February 19, 2018.

Few days later, the Nigerian military came up with a report that some of the abducted Yobe schoolgirls have been rescued.

However, governor of the state, Ibrahim Geidam, yesterday dismissed the report, stating that none of the abducted girls have been rescued.

Reacting to report of the rescue, Fani-Kayode wondered the type of government in place in Nigeria.

In a post on his Twitter handle, the former minister wrote: “No girls were kidnapped!

“Sorry we lied!

“ALL the girls have been rescued!

“Sorry we lied!

“SOME of the girls have been rescued!

“Sorry we lied!”

“WHAT A GOVERNMENT!”
