Buhari’s aide, Ogunlesi blasts PDP over uncompleted projects

Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on Digital/New Media, Tolu Ogunlesi, on Thursday blasted the People’s Democratic Party over its comment downplaying Buhari’s administration.

Ogunlesi described PDP as irresponsible, and chasing after cheap glory.

This was his reaction to a statement by PDP Spokesman, Kola Ologboniyan on his Twitter page where he called on Nigerians to list infrastructural development project completed under Buhari’s government.

Ologboniyan wrote “Anyone on this street (twitter) that can name one infrastructural development project initiated and completed by @MBuhari since he assumed office will get a 50k prize from me.

But Ogunlesi replied, saying, “Mr Kọ́lá,the PDP Admin left behind hundreds of abandoned projects, that the Buhari Administration has been painstakingly completing, one by one.

“Only an irresponsible government would set aside important abandoned projects to instead be chasing the cheap glory of ‘We started our own!’
