Ajimobi speaks on emergence of new Oyo Assembly Speaker, Olagunju Ojo

Governor Abiola Ajimobi of Oyo State has reacted to the emergence of Hon. Olagunju Ojo as the new Speaker of the state house of Assembly.

Ajimobi in a statement made available to DAILY POST on Tuesday by his Special Adviser on Communication and Strategy, Mr. Bolaji Tunji, while congratulating the new Speaker and other members of the House, pledged the full support of the executive arm of government to the new Speaker.

He also charged the speaker to “sustain the legacy of peace, cooperation and bridge-building existing between the executive and the legislature”.

Ajimobi stressed that “The support of the legislature is critical to the consolidation of the unprecedented achievements” of his administration in the last seven years.
