The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has revealed that each intending pilgrim for the 2023 Hajj will be required to pay a minimum of N2.89 million. NAHCON Chairman, Zikrullah Hassan, announced the news on Friday, attributing the price increase to inflation in Nigeria and Saudi Arabia.
Hassan explained that the price is divided into eight categories, with Borno and Yobe States paying the lowest amount, while Lagos and Ogun States will face the highest price of N2.99 million.
