The Bauchi traders’ association says it will mobilise its 73 various groups to vote out the All Progressives Congress, APC, administration in Bauchi state under Governor Abubakar in 2019.

The traders alleged that Abubakar had fail the people.

The chairman, Alhaji Bala Abdullahi Mai Kaji said this while addressing members at a meeting at Muda Lawan market.

He said voting Abubakar for second term was like a tsunami, saying traders had witness serious untold economic hardship under him.

“There is no need for voting APC come 2019 if eventually the party insists to give the governorship ticket to the incumbent because we need a credible politician like Dr Ibrahim Lame, former police affairs minister,” Abdullahi said.

He lamented that in spite of the huge allocation from the FG, the APC administration had failed the people in terms of social amenities.

“Traders will not accept any move from any quarters to pave way for Abubakar continuity as only people with good track records like Dr Lame will be given the nod”, Abdullahi concluded.
