Brazilian-born Italian, Jorginho, has urged former Barcelona forward, Lionel Messi to join Chelsea.
Jorginho said he texted Messi to join the Chelsea football club.
The Chelsea midfielder, who spoke with TNT Sports said: “I’ve already texted him (laughs).
“I’m kidding, I’m not even kidding about it.
“If he does not come to Chelsea, let him go away (from the Premier League).
“I saw it (the departure) and I was like ‘what happened?’
“I was incredulous, was wondering if it was fake news.”
Messi had over the weekend disclosed his departure from Barcelona after 21 years.
The Argentine is believed to be heading to PSG.
