Nigeria elections: IPAC urges new governors to form unity government

The Inter-Party Advisory Council, IPAC, has charged new and reelected governors in the country to be magnanimous in victory and form an all inclusive government in their various States.

The council also called on losers to embrace the winners by putting their states first in all consideration.

The IPAC, in a press release jointly signed by its Vice-chairman in Abia state, Hon. Chidi Nwosu and Organizing Secretary, Dr. Kelechi Omeribe, reiterated its continued support to the incoming governments in various states of the federation.

IPAC is an umbrella body of registered political parties in Nigeria.

According to the release, “IPAC encourages the various contestants to embrace the winners and form an all inclusive and unity government.

“The Abia IPAC pledges her support to the leadership of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu in the interest of all Abians. We congratulate him on his reelection in the just concluded 2019 gubernatorial election in the state”.
