LaLiga: Philippe Coutinho speaks on Neymar’s return to Barcelona

Brazilian midfielder, Philippe Coutinho, has admitted he would love Neymar to come back to Barcelona, despite the forward joining PSG for £198m last summer.

Coutinho echoed the sentiments of Ivan Rakitic who had earlier said he would welcome Neymar back “right now.”

Coutinho, who joined Barcelona from Liverpool during the winter transfer window, said he would relish the chances to link up with Neymar at club level.

“With Neymar, that’s life, but I have the same feelings as Rakitic,” Coutinho said at the presentation of the Mediterranean International Cup.

“He is a great player. I play with him for the international team and it is a real privilege.

“It would be great if he came back and of course we would open the door to that.”
