The lawmaker representing Bayelsa East senatorial district in the upper chambers of the National Assembly, Senator Ben Murray-Bruce, has attacked President Muhammadu Buhari ahead of today\u2019s presentation of the 2019 appropriation bill.<\/p>\n

According to him, after the presentation of the \u201cbudget of hope\u201d last year, things turned worse for Nigerians.<\/p>\n

President Buhari will today present the 2019 budget to a joint session of the National Assembly and Ben Bruce has said he has \u201cvery little tolerance for budgets with big names and little impact on the people\u201d.<\/p>\n

He tweeted, \u201cLast year, President @MBuhari declared a \u2018Budget of Recovery and Hope\u2019 and three months later Nigeria was declared the world headquarters for extreme poverty.<\/p>\n
