Peace Chukwudi, told the court that Akpan committed the offence on Dec. 8, around 2.00p.m, at 1004 Building, Thomas Estate, in contravention of Section 137 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.<\/p>\n<p>The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the court did not take the plea of the accused as the prosecution prayed for his remand pending DPP\u2019s advice.<\/p>\n<p>The Magistrate, Mrs K. O.
