Klopp however battled Bayern during his time in charge of Borussia Dortmund, losing a Champions League final to the Bavarians.<\/p>\n
He told Liverpool\u2019s official website: \u201cDifficult. Good draw. It was clear it would be difficult [and] they are obviously a top side.<\/p>\n
\u201cFor me it\u2019s nice, going to Germany. But it\u2019s just the draw. So we have now time to prepare the game, a lot of time obviously, and hopefully we have all our players available then.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt will be a tough one, an interesting one, and I am looking forward to it.\u201d<\/p>\n
On whether his history with Bayern will make a difference in the tie, Klopp continued: \u201cI don\u2019t know. This is a different Bayern than what I played, we are already here for three years [and] since the Audi Cup [in the summer of 2017].<\/p>\n
\u201cWe all know the stadium, the atmosphere will be great. It\u2019s a really nice trip for all our supporters, it\u2019s a wonderful city, so that\u2019s all good.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe flight is not too long and we obviously know more about German football than about any other league, that\u2019s true, but that doesn\u2019t make a big, massive difference.
