The Senator representing Kaduna Central in the National Assembly, Shehu Sani, has praised President Muhammadu Buhari for admitting that the country\u2019s economy is bad.<\/p>\n

Shehu Sani noted that it was a rare thing for a President to make such admission few weeks to the general elections.<\/p>\n

President Buhari, while challenging state governors to redouble efforts in addressing infrastructure deficiencies in their respective states, yesterday, noted that the nation\u2019s economy was bad.<\/p>\n

Buhari said this at a closed-door with the 36 State Governors of the federation in Abuja.<\/p>\n

Senator Sani tweeted on Saturday, that \u201cPresident Buhari admitting that the economy he manages is in bad shape is an act of honesty and courage to tell the truth. Many will lie for votes.<\/p>\n
