Chelsea manager, Maurizio Sarri, has disclosed why he dropped striker, Alvaro Morata in his side\u2019s Premier League 2-0 victory over Manchester City on Saturday.<\/p>\n

Goals from N\u2019Golo Kante and David Luiz ensured victory for the Blues against Pep Guardiola\u2019s side at Stamford Bridge.<\/p>\n

Sarri, who started the likes of Eden Hazard, Willian and Pedro ahead of Morata said that his decision not to feature the Spain international against City was \u2018tactical\u2019.<\/p>\n

When asked why Morata did not feature against City, Sarri told BT Sport: \u201cIt\u2019s tactical because with the side to start with Eden in another position so I think it\u2019s useless to have two strikers on the bench.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t know because in Manchester City maybe because they have out [Sergio] Aguero,\u201d Sarri added.<\/p>\n

\u201cToday maybe for the first time in Premier league there is the opportunity to have more spaces. I prefer to play faster football.\u201d<\/p>\n
